What is an SDA?

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a form of housing designed in new and innovative ways to enable eligible National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Participants to receive the support they need to live in the community.

What is a NO SHARE SDA?

These new SDA dwellings will diversify away from group homes with shared supports towards contemporary, smaller, dwellings with innovative models providing individual support to Participants.

The Specialist Disability Accommodation offered by Positive Income Properties is supplied by our associate company, Australian Disability Homes (ADH) and managed by Property Specialists Australia (PSA)

There are around 4.3 million Australians who have a disability. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will provide about 460,000 Australians aged 18 to 65, who have a permanent and significant disability with funding for supports and services.

Why Invest in No Share SDA properties?

Each ADH SDA Home has a separate and private full-size Bedroom with an Ensuite, Robe and Linen Cupboard and there is ample space in the Kitchen to store one’s own food separately if desired.

ADH focused on making this comfortable and practical for Support Staff to reside for short or long stays.
