What is an SDA?

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a form of housing designed in new and innovative ways to enable eligible National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Participants to receive the support they need to live in the community.

What is a NO SHARE SDA?

These new SDA dwellings will diversify away from group homes with shared supports towards contemporary, smaller, dwellings with innovative models providing individual support to Participants.

The Specialist Disability Accommodation offered by Positive Income Properties is supplied by our associate company, Australian Disability Homes (ADH) and managed by Property Specialists Australia (PSA)

There are around 4.3 million Australians who have a disability. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will provide about 460,000 Australians aged 18 to 65, who have a permanent and significant disability with funding for supports and services.

Australian Disability Homes (ADH) is a supplier of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

It delivers a range of Specialist Disability Accommodation to fulfil the needs of Participants by creating safe, secure and sustainable homes.

Homes that offer many points of difference through contemporary design, innovation and quality, to provide Participants with security, easy access, residential privacy, and those little extras that make life fun.

Each Home is built to High Physical Support SDA Standard with Platinum Inclusions and the ADH High Standard of Finishes.

Why Invest in No Share SDA properties?

Given that the No Share SDA is relatively new, there are a limited number of people with expert knowledge of
the emerging SDA market.

SDA investment opportunities are best suited to sophisticated, long-term investors with large amounts of capital to deploy. While SDA has enormous potential to provide both a financial return and a measurable social impact, like any investment opportunity there are associated risks, which the No Share SDA addresses thus making it a very likeable investment strategy.

  • Over 10% Returns

  • ONLY 1 Tenant for life

  • Government Supported

Australian Disability Homes has not only placed a great emphasis on the Participants’ needs but also the needs and comfort of the On-site Overnight Assistance Staff of the Service Provider.

Each ADH SDA Home has a separate and private full-size Bedroom with an Ensuite, Robe and Linen Cupboard and there is ample space in the Kitchen to store one’s own food separately if desired.

ADH focused on making this comfortable and practical for Support Staff to reside for short or long stays.
